Because Mud & Mayhem items are handmade in small batches, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.
Each mug, soap, candle, and handmade good may have slight variations in color, shape, size, or finish. That’s part of the charm of handmade work, not a defect.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement, shop credit, or refund when appropriate.
For sanitary reasons, soaps and body products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
