Mud & Mayhem is a small handmade studio, which means orders are packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible.
Most ready-to-ship items will ship within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order or custom items may take longer, and processing times will be noted in the product description when applicable.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information through the email provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Mud & Mayhem is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
We do our best to package every order safely, especially pottery and other fragile items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to help you navigate the next steps.
